Founded in 1985, Sonneman Studio Piano, Voice, and Drama has a rich history of over 25 years in performing and teaching the arts. Located in Dearborn and Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, our studio has become a trusted place for individuals seeking to enhance their skills in Piano, Voice, and Drama. We are committed to providing a high standard of education that combines classical techniques with modern styles, catering to students starting with age 4 (pianists only), or age 8 (singers), to adults.

Our Expertise
- Piano - Our Piano lessons are rooted in classical techniques, utilizing the Dorothy Taubman Technique to promote healthy and efficient playing. Students explore a variety of styles from Mozart to contemporary sounds.
- Voice - Voice lessons at Sonneman Studio incorporate the Alexander Technique and Bel Canto methods to ensure healthy vocal training. Our curriculum covers a range of genres, including opera, musical theater, jazz ballads, and classic Gospel.
- Drama - Our Drama classes help students develop their acting skills and stage presence. We offer small group sessions that focus on character development, script analysis, and performance techniques. These techniques are integrated into advanced Voice lessons.
